Complete Utility Contractors successfully completes the Cypress Bowl Road site servicing project. The Cypress Bowl Road widening and site servicing project consisted of preparing a section of Cypress Bowl Road for future development. The road was widened to accommodate a right hand turn lane as well as a utility corridor. Road widening included the placement of thousands of tonnes of material as well as construction of a 140m long retaining wall. A number of utility installations were required for future servicing including a 600m long watermain, 700m of joint trench communications conduits and 100m of sewer works. The site was finished with highway spec asphalt, decorative columns, concrete sidewalks and street lighting.

Complete Utility Contractors is installing a 1500mm diameter storm main through solid bedrock along side of Highway 1 in West Vancouver. The crew is blasting 3 times per day in order to clear the path for the newly installed storm main. Each blast requires rolling closure of the highway and co – ordination with the Ministry of Transportation.

132nd Street Sanitary Trunk Sewer Improvements. Construction of approximately 300m of 900mm diameter sanitary sewer on 132nd Street, north of King George Blvd, including service connections and all related components.

This project includes utilities and services for new developments planned in the area.

Complete Utility Contractors is currently executing the Phase 2 of the District Energy Expansion project for the City of Surrey. Phase 2 includes the installation of 1000m of District Energy piping along King George Highway in Surrey, BC.

The delivery of 6 residential roads servicing over 60 lots in Tsawwassen, British Columbia, has been successfully completed by Complete Utility Contractors. This underground utility construction and installation project's scope included installations of 460 meters of 200mm PVC watermain, 200 meters of 300mm PVC watermain, 500 meters of 200mm sanitary sewer, 300 meters of 450mm storm sewer, 2,400 meters of hydro ducts, 2,000 meters of Shaw and Telus ducts, 16 street lights, concrete curbing and pathways construction.
