As part of this phase, Complete Utility Contractors is Installing 590m of insulated pipe at Site 4 (featured on this page and video), and 136m throughout 5 other sites, along with associated utility pre-locates, utility relocation, and general restoration. This project includes tie-ins to 7 buildings.
