Surrey District Energy System Phase 8, Site 1 and Site 2

The construction of district energy systems including insulated steel pipe, leak detection systems, communication conduit and other related works along 750lm of King George Blvd and Fraser Highway in the City of Surrey.

The project provides the City’s District Energy System services from the connection on Fraser Highway to two new development sites: on the north side to the Holland Parkside apartment building, and on the south side to Belvedere apartment building. This is Complete Utility’s third phase of District Energy project for City of Surrey.
