City of Surrey - District Energy Distribution Piping Expansion

The construction of district energy systems including insulated steel pipe, leak detection systems, communication conduit and other related works along Whalley Blvd, King George Blvd and Central Ave in the City of Surrey.

Complete Utility Contractors Ltd. recently started the supply and install of 2km of Direct Energy Distribution Piping System (DPS) expansion for the City of Surrey. A portion of the project requires installation down the center of King George Blvd in Surrey while maintaining traffic flows on each side of the pipe installation. The project also includes all required utility relocates to facilitate installation.
